- Arrange and accompany showings of your home to prospective renters.
- Represent you to help negotiate the best possible price and terms for rentals.
- Take reservations.
- Collect rents, security deposits & cleaning fees.
- Check renters in and out of property upon request.
- Disburse security deposits after tenant's departure.
- Arrange cleaning in between and/or for renters.
- Inspect property before and after tenant arrival and departure.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on your property.
- Arrange minor/emergency repairs and maintenance.
- Provide renters with any special instructions about your home and local tourist brochures (special instructions include information such as tar on the beach, stereo instructions, internet connection, vendor schedules, etc., as provided by you).
- Restock basic necessities between tenants (you pay for supplies).
- Provide you with monthly accounting statements.
