- Collect security deposits and rents.
- Arrange cleaning in between and/or for renters.
- Collect cleaning fees.
- Inspect property before and after tenant arrival and departure.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on your property.
- Arrange minor/emergency repairs and maintenance.
- Provide renters with any special instructions about your home and local tourist brochures (Special instructions include information such as tar on the beach, stereo instructions, etc., as provided by you).
- Restock basic necessities between tenants (at your cost).
- Provide you with monthly accounting statements.
- Disburse security deposits after tenant's departure.
