Who Are We?

Principals John and Hazel Blankenship have been in the real estate development and management business for over 30 years. Unlike most vacation rental entities, Santa Barbara Beach Rentals is a company that holds State of California Contractor's License #353061, liability and workman's compensation insurance.

We are committed to providing our owners with a high-level of customer service including routine checks of the property before, after and in between guest stays, arranging necessary maintenance on the property, timely and accurate financial reporting, and professional and enthusiastic representation of the property. We are also committed to providing our guests with a clean, beautiful property that they can enjoy during their stay in Santa Barbara – emergency customer service is available 24 hours a day, customer service is available 7 days a week, and concierge services are available upon request.
